ADDITION DELAY

Dear all,

Over the last few weeks, we have been seeing horses being added at the last minute for almost immediate entries.

We would like to remind you that a deadline of 5 days is implied when you make your addition requests. This period includes the administrative procedures required for the addition.

We would be grateful if you could take this delay into account in your reminders.

The race program is available well in advance so that you can get organized.

Get your membership card on your Wallet

As part of its modernisation and in response to the expectations of members, France Galop is dematerialising membership cards. This development, provided for in the Owners’ Plan, is part of the desire for modernization driven by Guillaume de Saint-Seine as soon as he took over as president of France Galop.

How to get your dematerialized card?

1. Access your card: at the top of the home page, click on “MANAGE”, then select “MEMBERSHIP CARD” to view your information (identity, approvals, company, etc.).
2. Download your map: Scan the QR code displayed on the right side of the page with your smartphone, or click on the link above the QR code if you are already logged in from your phone.
3. Add your card to your smartphone (available on Apple and Android) by clicking on “ADD”.

And that’s it, your card is now accessible at any time on your phone!

How do you transmit the dematerialized card of your companion, your unitholders, your employees?

1. Access Cards: At the top of the homepage, click “MANAGE” and then select “MEMBERSHIP CARD” to view your linked cards at the bottom of the page.
2. Copy and send the map link: for each person concerned (in case you have several linked maps) click on “Copy link”. Then, send the link by pasting it into an email, text message or WhatsApp message to its holder.
3. The cardholder will have to click on the link to add their card to their smartphone (available on Apple and Android) by clicking on “ADD”.

That’s it, his card is now accessible at any time on his smartphone!

Reminder of Article 77 of the Racing Code

The Stewards have recently noted on several occasions at race meetings that the identification document was not signed by the horse holder or his representative.

In accordance with article 77 of the Code of Galloping Racing, we remind you that you must systematically check the description of any horse when it arrives in your squad and sign the identification document on page 13 and following “identity check” attesting to this verification.

In the event of a difference or change in the report, you are required to report it as soon as possible to the Booklets and Controls Department of France Galop.
